He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Phillips and Emily Phillips (Heinz); and his siblings, Dorothy, Emily, Mina, Fred, Richard, Alfred, Ada, Samuel, William, George and Schnitzel.
He is survived by: his significant other Maxine Knisley; and his children, Glenda Phillips (Mark Farrell), Barbara Phillips, Charlotte Phillips-Kregg, Charles H. Phillips II (Jackie) and Rocky Point Drive of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
