She is survived by: her mother Leah Hawthorne; her sister Natalie Klein-Moore (Tom); her fiancé Eric Carr; her nieces and nephews, Nicole and Paige Klein; her cousins, Nancy Kowanick (Dan), Jacob, Steven Szymanski and Jimmy Gallagher (Dawn); and her pet Diesel Cummins. She is also survived by family and friends.
