He is survived by: his wife Denise Butkus; his children, Jeniece Jackson (Keith Jackson) and Adrian Butkus (Mindy Butkus); his grandchildren, Harlie Seymour (Jacob Seymour), Cody Butkus (Mary Butkus), Caden Butkus and Mykolas Jackson; his great grandchild Cody Butkus Jr.; and his siblings, Andy Allen (Judy Allen) and Ruth Allen.
