He was predeceased by: his mother Billie Jean Stover. He is survived by: his son Preston Drake Stover; and his siblings, Betty Zara of Maryland, Ed Stover of Ft. Pierce and Steven Stover of Titusville.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to LifePointe Ministries or to the SPCA of Brevard, both in Titusville, Florida.
