He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chamberlin of Satsuma; his children, Steven Chamberlin of San Mateo and Patricia Saffelder; his children-in-law, Norman Sincavage of Palm Coast and Kassie Chamberlin of Palatka; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Ashlynn, Kaleb, Steven, Taylor, Kalyann, Allie, Sierra, James, Kelsie, Jaylynn, Natalie, Bentlee, Kavonnie and Devon; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Aurora, Junior and Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
