Highley of Satsuma, Florida, born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Kay Highley. He is survived by: his children, Brad Highley (Macie) of Veradale, WA, Jeff Highley (Mitchtilda) of Landshausen, W. Germany and Leslie Brown (Fred) of Colbert, WA; his brother-in-law Larry Steckley; and his close friend Margo Gould of Palatka.
