He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Parnell and Margie Parnell; and his sister Annette Lynn Zajac. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Parnell of Satsuma; his children, Tina Rambo of Alabama, Tracy Parnell (Joseph) of Palatka, Roger Parnell (Sherry) of Alabama, Terry Parnell (Michele) of East Palatka, Jason Parnell (Tosha) of Satsuma, Todd Parnell of Palatka and Jesse Parnell of Satsuma; and his siblings, Charles Winslow of Palatka, Joan Brunson of Jacksonville, Rena Pate of Palatka, Tina Duck of Palatka and Toni Peak of Bunnell. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
