He was predeceased by: his father John Blackwelder, Jr.; and his sister Lucy Blackwelder. He is survived by: his sons, Randall Brock of Palatka, Chad Blackwelder (Kayla) of Kentucky and Chett Glisson of Kentucky; his mother Frankie Blackwelder of Satsuma; his siblings, Jerry Blackwelder (Debbie), Charles Blackwelder (Nikki), David Blackwelder (Doris), Mary Vega (Pedro) of Putnam County and Betty Hammond of Putnam County; and his grandchildren, Abigail Caudill, Parker Jones, Luke, Emerson Glisson, Harper, Nova, Halyn and Auriana Brock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
