We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2020, at the age of 81, Duncan Rn (Satsuma, Florida), born in Largo, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Flarzell Duncan; and his siblings, Kenneth Eugene Duncan and Doris Hammond. He is survived by: his son Robert Neal Duncan (Dawn) of Satsuma; his grandsons, Robert Neal Duncan, Jr. (Kim) and William Jarred Duncan (Lily); and his great grandchildren, Colin Duncan, Kayden Duncan and Vanessa Doueiki.
