She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Samples; her parents, James Franklin Dailey and Inez Olva Turley Dailey; and her siblings, Mylo Dailey, George Dailey, Leo Dailey, Lois Pennington and Ruth Cox.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Samples and Barry Samples (Lee); her siblings, Fred Dailey (Peggy), Bonnie Dailey and Jane Dailey; and her grandchildren, Deidra, Staci, Robert, III, Kristopher and Brittany. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
