She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. "Fessor" and Norma Elizabeth Osteen; her son Keith Cumbo; and her brother Jimmy Osteen. She is survived by: her husband George Bachtell of Satsuma; her children, Robert Cumbo of Putnam County, Terry Cumbo of Putnam County, Cecil Cumbo of Putnam County and Vickie Shepard of North Carolina; her sister Nita Braggs of Georgia; her half-brother Dewayne Osteen; her sister-in-law Bobbi Osteen of Francis; and the father of her children Cecil Cumbo. She is also survived by animals, and was a wonderful wife to her husband.
