He is survived by: his wife Virginia Duncan Mills; and his children, Thomas Lowry Mills, Jr. of Greenville, Lezlie Barker (Scott) of Greenville, Bridget Tkacik (Peter) of Fort Mill, Sydney Jelinek (Kirk) of Houston, Texas, Anthony Mills (Connie) of Satellite Beach, Florida, Kimberly Mills of Melbourne Beach, Florida and Victoria Cherry (Bill) of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
