He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Kim (Mark VanHarn), Dawn (Kenny Van Der Molen), Deb (Dwayne Masselink) and Paul (Nicole Kragt). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.

Donations in his memory can be made to World Renew or the Kragt Family Scholarship at Calvin University.
