She was predeceased by: her parents, Rick Jay and June Jay; and her stepmother Pat Jay. She is survived by: her husband Tary Mann of Satellite Beach; her sons, Jeff Mann of Deltona Fl and Greg Mann of Tampa Fl; and her siblings, Fred Jay of Germany and Elizabeth Still of North Carolina.
