He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Ferguson; his children, James Neil Ferguson (Robin), Edith Lynn Tom (David), Kimberley Ferguson Calvino (Jose) and Todd Marshall Ferguson; his grandchildren, James Ryne Ferguson, Samantha Lynn Tom, Clinton Reid Ferguson (Alexa), Jennifer Elizabeth Ledene (Brandon), Avery Leigh Ferguson and Nathan Owen Calvino; his brothers, Richard Bryan Ferguson (Linda) and William Henry Ferguson (Gayle); his stepchildren, Tracy Jo Jandebeur (Michael) and Chad Alan Townsend (Kristy); and his stepgrandchildren, Thomas Lee Jandebeur, Hayden Ryan Townsend, Maddox Alan Townsend and Anna Marie Townsend.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or Vitas Hospice.
