He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Nylander; his children, Stacey Johnson (Joseph) of Satellite Beach, Jeffery "Odin" Burch of Missoula and Montana; his stepgranddaughter Jessika Johnson of Satellite Beach; his sisters, Gloria Sowles of Angola, Gail Burch of Marble Lake and Gena Burch-Zulch of Edon, OH.; his mother-in-law Gwena Nylander of Sebastian, Florida.; his friend Jennifer Leduc (Patrick); and also, Nichole, Rachel and Esther of Tampa.
