She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Samples and Madge Samples; and her stepson Wayne Lakas, Jr. (Hank). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lakas; her daughters, Jennifer Drake and Kelly Drake; her stepdaughter Cindy Atherton; her sisters, Virginia Buckner, Rosemary Smith and Sherrye Montgomery; her grandchildren, Karlie Dobbs, De'jar Jarvis, Wayne Lakas, III, Taylor Cashman and Audrey Gedeist; and her great grandchild Adilynn Cashman.
