He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Sr. Payne and Helen Irene Payne (Weidner); and his wife Joan Payne (Yeager). He is survived by: his children, Claudia P. LaForge of Ramsey, NJ and William T. III; his daughter-in-law Della C. Payne; his brother John; his sister-in-law Faye Payne; his grandchildren, Erik, Taylor, Reed, Madeline and Daniel; his nephew Douglas; and his nieces, Estee and Kelly. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
