He is survived by: his wife Susan of Sarasota; his daughters, Amy Henning (Rick) and Joy Layman; and his grandchildren, Jason Henning (Nikki), Joshua Haines (Tyler Cunningham), Zachary Henning (Jiin), Emily Layman and Caleb Layman.
