He was predeceased by: his son Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Linda Tucker (Hugh); his daughter-in-law Tami Grubb; his grandchildren, Brian Tucker (Lindsay), Kimberly Tucker, Samantha Grubb and Will Grubb; and his great grandchildren, Eli Tucker and Jasper Tucker.
He was one of the founding members of St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation and served on its Board of Directors.
