He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Costello and Ruth Costello of Medford, MA; and his siblings, Dolores, Ruth, Maureen, Elizabeth, James and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Thomas D. (Patricia Costello) of Woburn, MA, Stephen Costello of Hampton, NH and Patricia (Steven O'Brien) of South Boston, MA; his granddaughter Gabriella Costello; his siblings, Carol Castle, John Costello (Jack) and David Costello (Patricia); and also Quote.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
