He is survived by: his wife Sheila Carter; his daughter Christina Jones of Zolfo Springs, Florida; and his siblings, Edward Carter (Dixie) of Rogersville, Alvin F. Carter of Kissimmee, Jerry W. Carter of Kissimmee, Florida, Patricia Copenhaver (Eugene) of Kissimmee, Kathy Pugh of St. Cloud, Deborah Rowell of Tennessee, June Clemens (Ronnie) of Jesup, Georgia and Christina Carter (Danny) of St. Cloud, Florida.. He is also survived by grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
