He was predeceased by: his daughter Beth Ann Levy; his parents, Leon Levy and Lucille Levy; and his brother Elliot Levy. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gutowsky Levy; his daughter Jessica Goldberg (David); his grandchildren, Ari and Jack Goldberg; his sister Judith Leipold (Paul); and his sister-in-law Joan Hirsch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the ACLU in Robert's memory.
