In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Zieglar and Lula Mae Sapp; and his brother James Sapp. He is survived by: his children, Pamela, Gwendolyn, Robert, Jr., Cynthia, Arthur and Carol. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
