He is survived by: his wife Mitzi; and his children, Cindy Moskovitz (Scott) of Nashville, TN, Gary Oglander (Eva) of Englewood, FL and Susan Chappell (Lindsay) of Franklin, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
