With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Freiman of Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on January 30, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Freiman; and her parents, Isadore Kaplan and Edith Kaplan. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy (Howard Schapiro) and Helene Freiman (Gordon Berne); her grandchildren, Mike Schapiro, Ben Schapiro (Valentina), Ian Carlisle (Eimile), Leah Carlisle and Jared Carlisle; and her great grandchild Jacob Schapiro.
