He is survived by: his children, Marissa Renee, Olivia Reese and Finnegan James; his wife Jennifer Rizi Fontaine; his child Finnegan Fontaine; his mother Carol McCreery Fontaine; his siblings, William G. Byrne III (Debbie), Christopher A. Byrne, Mark P. Ballou, Philip Fontaine, Alan Fontaine (Debby) and JoAnn Fontaine Morel (Richard); his mother-in-law Melody Sweetsir Kelley (Jim); and his sister-in-law Katie Rizi Kimbrell (Bobby).
