He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Taylor "Yogi" and Betty Lou Denny Flatt; and his brothers, Pete Flatt, Rick Flatt and Bill Flatt.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Holt Flatt; his sons, John Philip Flatt (Amy Monaco) and Kenneth Taylor Flatt; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Taylor Flatt, Carter Clausen Key Flatt and Miranda Anne Flatt; his sister Beth Bryson (Shawn); his uncle Bill Denny; and his sister-in-law Carrie Holt.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
