He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Dougherty (JoAnne); and his niece Megan Moran (Mick). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wiesinger Dougherty; his children, C. Douglas Dougherty (Kelynne Bisbee), Melissa Padula (Matthew) and Heather Dougherty; his grandchildren, Megan, Hannah, Oliver and Zoe Dougherty; and his nephew Danny Dougherty (Nene).
