She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Fowler and Mary Crome Fowler; and her brother Tom Fowler. She is survived by: her spouse Ray Hopewell; her children, Ranita McMurtrey (Lon) of Washington and John Hopewell of Sarasota; and her grandchildren, Nathan Hopewell and Mary Hopewell. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
