He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph and Dolores Cummins (Pat); his uncle Joe "Joey" Cummins; his great-uncle Ralph Nadler; and his grandparents, Sam (Mamie) and Sylvia Podolsky (Leonard Hillison).
He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Podolsky and Ivan Podolsky; his aunts, Amy Podolsky and Jolene Cummins; his uncle Jay Podolsky; his great-aunts, Jackie Bofo and Margaret Nadler (Peg); and his friends, David, Michael, Keiyi, Jose, Maguire and Maxwell.
