She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Salmon Coffman and Harley Stokes. She is survived by: her daughter Christy Steinfeld (Dave) of Brentwood, TN; her siblings, Dan Slavin (Connie) of Nebo, KY, Linda Badgett (Bentley) of Madisonville and Johnathan Coffman (Thao) of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren, Sullivan, Luke and Caroline; and her pet Lola. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
