He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wiegand and Ann Wiegand; his brother Rick Wiegand; and his former wife Cinda Wiegand. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cathy Goldsmith; his children, Lisa Robins (Mark) and Adam Wiegand (Derya); his brothers, Gary Wiegand (Rosalene) and Gregg Wiegand (Hazel); and his grandchildren, Connor, Brandon, Elli, Isla and Grady. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
