He is survived by: his children, Tyler Heathe and Priscilla Ann Hollister Webley; his stepchildren, Amber Davis and Charles Davis (Kayla); his brother Kenneth C. Webley III (Sharon); and his uncle Frank Jones. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
