She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Templeton and Elnora Templeton of Cookeville, TN.; her husband David Pastore; and her sisters, Wilma, Donna and Wanda.

She is survived by: her siblings, Martha Zimmerle of Hendersonville, TN, Janice Hinton (Bill) of Yantis, TX, David Templeton (Leah) of Baxter, TN and James Templeton of Spring Hill, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
