She is survived by: her husband Steven Block; her children, Sean McGettigan (Kristin), Brendan McGettigan (Elizabeth) and Caitlin McGettigan of Bellerose, NY; her stepchildren, Dana Block-Abraham (Allistair Abraham) and Megan Block (Max Slater); her grandchildren, Aiden McGettigan, Quinn McGettigan, Avery Abraham, Claire McGettigan, Olivia McGettigan, Austin Abraham, Levi Slater, Benjiman Slater and Samantha Slater; and her siblings, Colleen Adler and John Costello.
