He is survived by: his wife Maria Soqui Aguiar; his children, Eduardo Aguiar of San Juan, PR, Wigberto Aguiar (Tony) of St. Petersburg, FL, Agnes Morris (Larry) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Alvin Aguiar of La Porte, IN.; his sister Maria Luisa Gerena; and his grandchildren, Loreli Aguiar, Marcos Aguiar, Jessica Schaefer, Vanessa Schaefer, Christian Aguiar, Erin Handley (Zackary) and Ashley Aguiar. He is also survived by five Great Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St Jude's Catholic Church (3930 17th St, Sarasota, FL 34235). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
