He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zawasky and Helen Zawasky. He is survived by: his former wife Tomiko Zawasky; his children, Mary Handy (David), Michelle Voelpel (Jason) and Joseph Zawasky; his sister Jeanette Holp (Michael); and his grandchildren, Jacob and Avery Handy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
