He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Almond and Doris B. Almond (James). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Almond (Peg) of Sarasota; and his daughters, Kay Zeitlin (Bob) and Kara Bumgarner (David) of Sarasota. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a goddaughter.
