He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Daniel of Elizabeth City, NC, Jason (Megan) of Nokomis, FL, Nick (Sarah) of Parrish, FL, John of Hertford, NC and Valerie of Punta Gorda, FL; and his friend Bubba. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, seven siblings.
