He is survived by: his children, Brenda Heeringa (John) of Punta Gorda, FL, John David Butler, Jr. (Pam) of Hamilton, Mary Ann, Rea of Lincoln, IL, Barbie and Hunefeld of Scottsburg, IN.; and his sisters, Betty Lou Wininger of Lafayette, IN, Jeanne Stalcup of Paoli, IN and Ruth Saeger of Greencastle, IN.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 7 precious great grandchildren.
