He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Mark Weaver (Kayecee), Anita Weaver and Michelle Weaver; his brother-in-law Roy Weaver (Fannie); his brothers, Roy Weaver, Robert Weaver (Katie) and Dan Weaver (Barbara); his sister-in-law Verna (Benjamin Jr.); his siblings, Pete Weaver (Freida), Lester Weaver (Ruth), Malva Weaver (Biena) and Lydiann Miller (Wayne); his grandchildren, Lucas Asher, Raquel Miller (Kyle) and Vivian Arredondo; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Xaler, Zaria and Xerxes Miller.
