He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Domanski and Julianna Stawowy Domanski. He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Domanski, Ken Domanski (Margaret), Thomas Domanski (Nancy) and Dennis Domanski (Dodie); his niece Katelin James; and his nephews, Brian, Steven and Andrew Domanski.

He spear-headed contributions to the Children's Miracle Hospital Network, that Costco sponsored.
