It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Alan Hoffman (Sarasota, Florida), who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Hoffman and Robert Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Carole Linda Hoffman; his children, Lisa Hoffman Goldberg and Craig "Alice" Alex Hoffman; his siblings, Roz Malinow, Carol Welsh and Randy Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Samantha Hoffman, Nicholas Hoffman, Julia Kitchener, Rebecca Hoffman and Ryann Kitchener.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's honor can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
