It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Michael Perez of Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Perez (Donna Perez) and Cindy Velat (Ron Velat); and his brothers, Damian Perez (Brianne Perez), Aaron Perez, Greg Velat (Ruth Velat), Christopher Velat (Andrea Velat) and Steven Velat (Robyn Velat). He is also survived by Five nephews, five nieces, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
