He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Donna Elizabeth Harris. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Ibrahim Harris; and his children, Annette Victoria (Shipe), Julie Elizabeth (Hilario) and James Leonard Harris of Virginia. He is also survived by five grandsons and three granddaughters.
