She was predeceased by: her husband Carleton A. Smith; and her parents, Fred Thomas and Eleanor Thomas (Reichenbach). She is survived by: her brother Rev. Edward Thomas; her daughter Lauraine; her son-in-law Carl Hyney; her grandchildren, Erin, Sean, Kassandra and Kacey; her great grandchildren, Aura, Matthew and Teddy; and her pet Gracie.
