It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Sue Heaton of Sarasota, Florida, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskell Harris and Gertie Harris; her husband David Heaton; and her siblings, Bob Harris, Larry Harris and Opal Meredith.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Heaton (Danielle), Deanna Mitchell (Kenny) and Danielle Horton (Doug); her grandchildren, Decklin, Diem, Brigitte (Travis), Maegan, Brayden, Matthew, Isabella and Savannah; her great grandchild Auburn; and her sisters, Mary Ann Orme (Steve) and Judy Zillion (Richard). She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
