She is survived by: her mother Louise Smith (Crews); her husband Dale Eric Ellis, Sr.; her children, Dale Eric Ellis, Jr. (Amy) and April Marie Ellis (Ben Triplet); her siblings, Teresa Simmons (Jimmy), Erica Vaughn, Michelle Hester and Lamar Weed (Cindy); her grandchildren, Mya, Alanah, Loreina Ellis, Dawson, Marcus Triplet and Marijayne Weed; her nieces and nephews, Chase Bryant (Lindy), Billy Bryant (Holly), Maci Ledbet, Marli Key, Mallori Clouse, Nicky Hester, Makayla, Michael, Elsa and Calvin McMurtry; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaelea, Kortney, Milanni and Emmett.
