Mendelson of Patchogue; her children, Phyllis of Sarasota, Andrew of Long Island and Laurence of Long Island; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob and Brooke; her brother Dr. Jay Okin of Boca Raton; and her sister-in-law Barbara.
